Position Overview: Tree Climber

A Tree Climber performs hands-on tree care work at height, using ropes, harnesses, and climbing techniques to prune, trim, and remove trees safely and efficiently. In a commercial setting like TruCo’s, climbers often work on property landscapes, business parks, and multi-site contracts, coordinating with ground crew and equipment operators.

Compensation and Schedule

- Pay rate: $25–$30/hour

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
